All About Mixed Media 101:
Don’t think, “I’m not an artist.” Anna’s teaching methods have been proved to give even the unexperienced
creative soul, satisfaction with their end product.
This class is designed to give you a taste of mixed media art. With a limited supply list, this class is perfect
for the beginner wanting to start learning mixed media. This class is also designed to introduce new tecniques
and design concepts to the experienced artist.
When you register you will choose a password that you will then use to access the online classroom.
This is where all the videos and PDFs for the class will be found.
Each week for four weeks, a new project video will be posted. The videos will walk you through each project
step-by-step. You’ll watch the video and then print out any Instruction sheets and graphics that go along with
the lesson. Each project is designed to be completed from 2 to 4 hours, depending on skill level.
You’ll also be able to connect with other artists taking this class through a closed Facebook page.
Time Committment for the Class:
We suggest you set aside 2 to 4 hours each week to watch videos and work on projects. This is an investment is you!
Carve out time to get the most out of the class.
Online classroom will be open until end of July, giving you plenty of time to complete the projects.
You do not have to be present at any particular time. With the online classroom you can watch the videos and work on
the projects whenever it is most convenient for you! Make your creativity a priority and the rest of your life
will reap the benefits.
Supply List
Week 1
• Acrylic paints: red, pink, bright green, tourquise, cream, yellow, white
• Acess to black and white printer
• 2 brushes (small brush, wider brush)
• 1 canvas (6x12, 9x12 or 8x10)

• Old book pages (trift store, dollar store) or sheet music
• Large needle
• Emboidary floss

Week 3

• black acrylic paint

Week 4
• 8x10 canvas or piece of watercolor paper
